Request for State Fair Package

Please read the "Offer Details" below before making your reservation. Once you have booked your room, please complete and submit your request in the form below.

Offer Details

1. Package cannot be used with any other offers, discounts or promotions (AAA, Hotel Reward Points, AARP, Government Rate, group rates, etc...).
2. Make your reservations at any Eagan hotel using the Eagan CVB booking engine. NOTE: you'll be redirected to the hotel's website to complete your reservation. MUST use the standard rate only.
3. Third party reservations services may not be used in conjunction with this promotion (i.e. Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, Travelocity, Hotels.com, etc).
4. You are entitled to ONE package per reservation, per stay or block of rooms booked.
5. You must submit your request no later than 12pm on the Friday prior to your stay.
6. Hotel confirmation number and room rate will be verified by the Eagan CVB.
7. Package items will be delivered directly to your Eagan hotel and will be available upon check-in.
8. Each Package Offering/Promotion will run until the maximum number tickets/certificates redeemed has been reached.
9. Not eligible to receive package items should hotel reservations be cancelled for any reason
