The Saint Paul Cathedral dominates the downtown skyline and is situated on the highest point in Saint Paul. The architectural masterpiece was designed by E.L. Masqueray and the first cornerstone was laid in 1907. Tours of the Cathedral are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 1:00 pm.
