Eagan has several sports facilities and fields for all purposes. We can host small or large events indoors or outdoors; single day events, tournaments, races and much more. All venues are conveniently located off or near Interstates 494 and 35E, plus we have 15 hotels in Eagan and over 70 dining options for your convenience. Eagan Community Center

Eagan CVB Services:

We offer the following services. Most are complimentary to groups that book 50 or more room nights at any Eagan hotel.

Site Visits
We arrange site visits for sport venues and hotel accommodations of your choice.

Planning
We will meet with you to determine your needs and provide the resources and support to make your event a success.

Hotel Rates
We will collect rates and availability from all of our hotels for you so you don't have to contact each one individually.

Welcome Bags
We will provide Welcome Bags for each one of your guests, which includes area information, maps, coupons, Mall of America® Super Savings Coupon Book and sometimes an additional gift depending on the event.

Transportation
We can make arrangements for mass transit shuttling between the hotels and event venue. Most hotels offer complimentary shuttle service to and from major destinations such as Mall of America® , the Minnesota Zoo and the MSP Airport.

Entertainment & Dining
We will help plan off-field activities such as group outings to nearby attractions and team dinners.

We can create a splash page for your event on our website and will work with you to create a concept and copy.
