Eagan’s Caponi Art Park Features FREE FUN FOR ALL!
| Caponi Art Park & Learning Center is featuring another season of FREE, family-friendly programs during their 2009 Summer Performance Series. Enjoy a wide variety of music, theater and dance concerts presented against a backdrop of earthworks and majestic oaks at the Theater in the Woods amphitheater. Exciting acts and concerts include the Minnesota Sinfonia, Dakota Valley Summer Pops Orchestra, Ticket to Brasil performance, demonstrations by the Beyond Ballroom Dance Company and Zeitgeist music ensemble will be taking place throughout the summer. Caponi Art Park & Learning Center’s Theater in the Woods is a large outdoor amphitheater nestled in the parks hilly landscape and made intimate by a canopy of trees. It’s a unique NORTH WOODS setting with near perfect acoustics and plentiful seating. You can also find miles of intertwining wooded trails and Anthony Caponi’s INCREDIBLE SCULPTURE GARDEN at Caponi Art Park & Learning Center. The 60 acre park will give you more to discover and be amazed by with every visit! Caponi Art Park & Learning Center is a non-profit organization consisting of a Board of Directors, developed as a local and regional cultural resource and to make a contribution to the field of art on a national level. |
