...The staff was very informed. As soon as we mentioned our names, they knew right away that we were there to pick up the tickets early. We had a wonderful time at the Renaissance Festival. When we got back to the hotel, we had an issue with our room. The staff was very helpful and understanding of our concerns and were very quick to resolve the problem. We had a nice dinner at Bonfire Restaurant on Cliff Road. We had good food, the atmosphere was very nice, we didn’t feel rushed, the service was great and the food came out very timely. We went back to the hotel, enjoyed a very relaxing and restful night. It was quiet in the hallways and outside. It’s been a long time since I have been able to sleep an entire night at a hotel without being woken up. In the morning we enjoyed their nice breakfast. It was easy to check out. It was a very nice weekend. I really liked that the hotel was very knowledgeable about what’s going on. You really have a great relationship with your hotels and thank you Debbie (Travel Counselor) for all of your help.

To whom it may concern,

Kudos on excellent customer service! I had phoned on Friday regarding the gas card and even though everyone was out of the office for the day, we were pleasantly surprised when someone actually returned a phone call. The Hampton Inn provided outstanding hospitality and a very friendly staff!!! We have stayed at the same hotel in Bloomington for years, however we will now return to Eagan due to lower hotel tax and the warm hospitality! Thank you again!

We are writing to express our appreciation for the travel information and free $20 gas card relating to our recent vacation to Eagan. This year was our third straight year where we travelled to and stayed within Eagan. A benefit this year was that several additional families joined our group and stated that they will stay in Eagan again next year. Overall, we appreciate the cleanliness, safety, and beauty of the Eagan area. Modern business areas near a wilderness refuge offer an excellent balance for our family.
